Our first development in Turkey, completed in July 2005 was a site of 21 apartments in a quiet elevated position in the beautiful village of Bitez called The Bitez View Garden Apartments.

Bitez View Gardens is located close to the airport, all amenities and just a short distance from Bitez Bay. The site itself has a large communal swimming pool, sun deck and fabulous views.

Bitez successfully combines a centuries old place of life with a full range of tourist amenities and is a favourite destination of those in persuit of calm and tranquility in an unspoilt setting.

The apartments were available to buy fully furnished and is equipped with air conditioning, fridge freezer, cooker and satellite television with over 200 channels to choose from. Additionally the apartment has a private balcony area to sit and enjoy the stunning, unspoilt views of the surrounding area; there are also sun loungers provided so you can relax and spend those hot, lazy days around the large communal pool.

The site is a 20 minute drive from Bodrum Airport and just 5 minutes from Bitez Village and Bay, here you will find a variety of water sports, entertainment, beachfront bars, restaurants and shops.
